Ownership and Intellectual Property

I, Sashawna James, am the sole owner of this website and all products and services provided through it. All products are created exclusively by me and represent my original intellectual property, which I retain ownership of at all times unless explicitly transferred through a valid purchase. Use of any ideas, products, or intellectual property is strictly prohibited without full payment, as they remain my property until purchased.

Payment Requirements

Appointments will only be scheduled once payment has been successfully made in advance. Payments for all packages must be processed through the website.

Refund Policy
Payments become non-refundable at the start of Session 2, as a significant portion of the work will have been completed by that stage (applicable for all 'residential' and 'commercial' products). Other products which involve sourcing or branding, once the client signs the agreement and the products are sourced, payment becomes non-refundable.

Additional Services and Invoicing
Any additional services requested will be invoiced separately. Relevant details and payment links will be provided via email. All additional charges must be paid in full before the services are delivered.

By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms as binding.

Scope of Services

I am responsible for conducting research and developing viable business ideas for clients. However, I cannot be held accountable for a client’s failure to execute or complete the necessary actions for their business based on my consultation. My role is limited to providing professional recommendations and insights based on my findings.

Agreement to Terms
By purchasing any product or service, you agree to these terms and conditions. This agreement constitutes a binding non-written contract, stipulating that my intellectual property cannot be accessed, used, or replicated without successful and non-refundable payment.

Additional Charges and Modifications
Any modifications to agreed-upon packages may incur additional charges. Clients will be invoiced for these fees, which must be paid in full prior to receiving the modified product. Requests for changes must be submitted via email within the contractually agreed period.

Specific Service Terms: 'Commercial Project' and 'Residential Project'
For services under the "Commercial Project" and "Residential Project" categories, a customized contract will be provided to the client before the start of Session 4. This contract will outline the terms agreed upon during previous sessions and the deliverables to be produced. If the client fails to pay for a service or any instalment as outlined in the contract, no further work will be conducted, this applies to construction or decorating - including any resources sourced. Failure to pay within the agreed time frame will result in contract termination, with no refunds for work already completed.
